Last night Josh and Brax had a "boy's night" and went to the Rodeo. I think one of Braxton's first words was Horseee, lol He loves them!!!

Week at the lake

Well almost a week. We left this past Friday and got home yesterday. We spent time on the lake, went to the water park in Hot Springs, and rode horses. Talk about a busy couple of days! Here are some of my favorite pics from this last week.

Graduate

Last night we went to Tristan's graduation from 6th grade. I can't believe he will start junior high next year!

relaxing weekend

I have been looking forward to this for sometime and I'm so glad our 2 weeks with Brax is finally here! We spent this past weekend at the lake and we had such a great time :)

17 Months

Mother's Day 2012

I had such a wonderful relaxing Mother's Day! Ella actually slept in and I was able to drink a cup of coffee before she got up which was so nice. Josh ,Brax, and Ella got me the cutest cards and a couple of goodies. Thank you so much babe for making my day so special :) I didn't get to see Brax today, but he did call me which made my day complete!

I feel so blessed to be a mom in 2 different ways, both a mom and a step-mom. I'm so thankful that God chose me to be Ella's mom and i'm also thankful that he put Braxton in my life. These two gifts make my life complete and I love them more than anything in this world!

I want to thank Kathy, aka nana, for being such a great role model and mom to Josh and I. We are so thankful to have her in our lives. No matter what she is doing, she would drop anything for us and her grandchildren. She is an amazing person and I hope I can be as good as mom and nana as she is!

My grandmother is 91 years old and still going strong! I love her so much and I'm so blessed to have in my life. When somebody ask me who I hope to be like when I'm older, I will always say her. She is the BEST!

Trin's First Holy Communion

What a wonderful day we have had so far. We just got back from Trinity's First Holy Communion and it was such a beautiful mass! It was such an honor to be a witness on one of the most important day's of her life!

Sweet Pa and ReRe

My sister sent me this beautiful picture of my dad's parents,my grandparents, yesterday. It is by far one of my favorite pictures and since Mother's Day is coming up I wanted to share it. Marie, which we called ReRe, was a wonderful mom and an even better Grandmother! I miss them both.

Last night Ella and I went over to Michael and Mary Kate's house for dinner. We ate a shrimp pasta dish that was so good! And as always Ella had so much fun playing with Cooper and Hadley. Thank you so much Sissy and uncle Michael for wonderful dinner and for the pictures!

Fun in the Sun

Another great weekend spent in the sun! We took advantage of this great weather and spent it by the pool on Saturday. It was a little cold, but that didn't seem to bother the kids. Saturday night we met up with Uncle Michael, Sissy, Cooper, and Hadley and went to the IC carnival. Talk about being HOT!
